What we cannot handle

Jackpot Crossing does not operate casino accounts and cannot access deposits, withdrawals, identity checks, bonuses or self-exclusion records. Account complaints must first go to the operator. Its terms should explain the complaints process and any approved alternative dispute resolution provider.

Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, copies of identity documents, account credentials or detailed medical information. We do not need them to answer an editorial query.
