Standards for every review
Editorial policy

Evidence before adjectives
Our first checks concern the licensed company, its public UK Gambling Commission account and the brand website associated with it. Product observations are then made against the live service, published help material and terms available at the review date.
We distinguish verifiable facts from editorial judgement. Ratings reflect a comparative assessment of usability, clarity, mobile execution, practical information and safer-gambling access. They do not assess a reader's chance of winning.
Independence and conflicts
Affiliate relationships are disclosed close to rankings. Commercial partners cannot dictate scores or remove legitimate criticism. Editors should avoid reviewing an operator where a personal relationship or financial interest would compromise judgement.
We do not publish paid praise disguised as an independent review. Where a page has a commercial purpose, its links and disclosure should make that purpose intelligible to an ordinary reader.
Maintenance
Pages display a review date and are revisited periodically or when credible new evidence arrives. High-risk facts, including licence identity, are linked to primary records so readers can conduct their own check.
A calm tone does not mean withholding material concerns. It means describing them proportionately, allowing a fair opportunity for factual response, and avoiding drama that the evidence cannot support.
Corrections
Send documented correction requests to editorial@jackpotcrossing.com. We assess the claim, update confirmed errors and explain significant changes where context requires it.
