Accountability

Corrections policy

Reviewed and updated 31 August 2026

Reporting an error

Email editorial@jackpotcrossing.com with the page address, the disputed wording, your proposed correction and the strongest available source. Primary regulatory records, dated operator terms and direct documentary evidence receive the greatest weight.

A complaint does not need to come from an operator to be considered, and an operator's status does not make a claim correct by itself. We assess evidence consistently and may ask a focused follow-up question.

What happens next

We check the original source, current source and whether the issue is factual, interpretive or simply a disagreement with a clearly identified opinion. Confirmed errors are corrected as soon as reasonably practical.

Small typographical fixes may be made silently when meaning is unchanged. Material changes to identity, licence information, ranking rationale or reader safety should be made transparently, with the page date updated where the review has substantively changed.

Fairness

We do not remove accurate reporting merely because it is inconvenient, nor leave an error in place to protect a commercial relationship. If evidence is mixed, the wording should acknowledge the uncertainty rather than manufacture confidence.

Privacy requests and legal notices can use the same address but should be clearly labelled. Never email account passwords, card details or identity documents.
